On November 1, a remote class on disaster prevention using Zoom was held for all 52 students at Izena Junior High School.

On November 2, three students experienced evacuation drills at Izena Junior High School while experiencing what it is like to be a person in need of assistance during an evacuation (elderly, wheelchair user, crutches). From the Graduate School of Health Sciences, Dr. Yuko Touyama and Ms. Norie Wakei assisted in the drill.
